Electric multifunction oven with 5” capacitive touch screen. Double internal grid support, removable and replaceable, having a gap between grids of 74 mm. 10-trays capacity GN 1/1 or EN 600×400. Three cooking modes: convection, steam, and mixed. Equipped with a recipe book and the possibility to store personalized recipes (up to 16 cycles for each recipe). Cooking chamber in AISI 304 with rounded corners. The silicone gasket in the front of the cooking chamber is easily removable. Gutter for the collection of liquid located under the door. Door with a wide glass surface. Air channel for the external glass ventilation which limits the temperature on the external surface. 2 autoreverse fans with two-speed-fan regulation. Electronic air-valve opening. Heating through high-efficiency coated heating elements. Temperature control in the cooking chamber from 30° to 280° C. Core probe and automatic washing system included.
